It's still five months until the 3rd Annual Los Angeles Chocolate Salon (www.LAChocolateSalon.com), which leaves a lot of time for chocolate Meetups, tastings, demos, talks, outings, wine pairings, beer pairings, cheese pairings, singles pairings ... you name it.
