Gina is right. The Chocolate Salon is a premium and artisan chocolate tasting event. You enter the Salon, taste, talk, taste, talk, taste, talk, talk, taste, taste, taste, listen to a presentation, taste, drink some water, etc., maybe buy something you like, taste, etc. The only people who are rating the chocolates are the Chocolate Salon Awards Panelists, who are selected local food and wine experts (journalists, chefs, etc.) The videos in the description show what it's like.

You are not rating their products. You are tasting. This is a tasting event.
