Chocolate lovers, en garde! The first major chocolate show in the Northwest this millenium takes place at the SEATTLE LUXURY CHOCOLATE SALON on Sunday, July 13th, 2008. Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can taste & experience the finest in artisan, gourmet & premium chocolate in one of the world's great culinary metropolitan areas.

Salon highlights feature chocolate tasting, demonstrations, chef & author talks and ongoing interviews by TasteTV's Chocolate Television program. (Salon Entry includes all chocolate & confection tastings, demos, etc.).

Featured chocolatiers and confectioners include Amano Artisan Chocolate, Kekau Chocolatier, Cocoa Chai Chocolates, Petit Noirs, Guittard Chocolate, Poco Dolce, Theo Chocolate, Blissful Brownies, Island Angel Chocolates, Alma Chocolate, Lula's Chocolates, Intrigue Chocolates Co., Andy's Handmade Chocolates, Fiori Chocolatiers, Dilettante Chocolates, Posh Chocolat, GrendelSweets Handcrafted Chocolates, Oh! Chocolate, Decadent Tastes, Cadeaux Chocolates, Emily's Chocolates, Cosmic Chocolate, Sweet Beauty, Sol Rouge Wines and more.

Tickets are $17.50 in Advance and $20.00 at the door. Salon runs from 11am to 5pm. Meetup is at 1:15 PM.

    I just purchased my tickets online. They're only sold in advance at the discounted price until tomorrow, July 11th, at 3pm. I can't wait until Sunday!!

    • “ Fantastic! More than enough chocolatiers offering their delicious wares it was heaven! All I needed was a glass of red wine! Can't wait to attend another event! ”

      “ Really nice event. The TasteTV representatives were great hosts. They even managed to get Dana Davenport, the founder of Dilletante Chocolates, to give the Meetup group a short talk which provided some interesting information on the company's expansion into China as well as their Chocolate Martini Bar set to open this fall in their original store location. The owner of Cosmic Chocolates also gave the group a talk about the history of her company. The Salon itself was a chocolate extravaganza! Unlimited tasting of so many wonderful truffles, caramels, and pure chocolate varieties. All the vendors were friendly and happy to talk to you about their product or chocolate in general. We were able to sample quite a few varieties that were new to us such as a truffles with soy sauce, a truffle with lemon grass, multiple varieties with chile and some absolutely unique combinations such as chocolates with olives, french bread, and banana. I really hope the Salon returns next year. ”
