What is your favorite chocolate?

Wow...tough question. I am a big fan of Charles Chocolates Dark Chocolate Lemon Pistachio Clusters but found the Dark Chocolate Key Lime Apple Slices from Recchiuti excellent. Also A. Rafanelli Cabernet Truffles made by Barlovento.
