I am haunted by chocolate. I am the author of an upcoming book on chocolate, and someone who does chocolate tasting events, I wanted to connect with folks who have experience tasting chocolate and love the stuff -- and the subject.
I have to choose only one? Impossible! I love the chocolate produced by (in no particular order) Recchiuti, Donnelly, Amano, Charles Chocolates, Vosges, Michael Mischer, Chuao, Coco-Luxe, Fearless Chocolate, E. Guittard, Theo, and so many more.
