 Wine event on June 2nd with Brix Chocolate\, so we thought we'd share it wi
 th you:\n\nfounder of Brix Chocolate\, Dr. Nick Proia\, will be present at 
 the event to discuss how a simple "doctorly" observation on the health bene
 fits of red wine and dark chocolate turned into a search for the perfect wi
 ne pairing chocolate. We will be pairing six different boutique wines with 
 the three different specifically chosen chocolates: milk\, medium dark\, an
 d extra dark chocolate.\n\nWe couldn't think of a better place to host this
  happy hour event than the Winery Collective - the first multi-winery tasti
 ng room in San Francisco that focuses on boutique wineries. If we went thro
 ugh the trouble of finding the best chocolate\, we knew we needed to find t
