    •  It was great getting Brendan in there again, as well as meeting and listening to Carol about Fair Trade. I think a Meetup at a Taza Chocolates Open House on the 2nd floor of 561 Windsor Street in Somerville would be a cool meetup. We just missed one this past Saturday... maybe they'd do one just for us if we could guarantee enough people! :-)

       loved having guest speakers
    •  This meet was really interesting. The location was excellent - the speakers were interesting and the chocolate was delicious. I especially enjoyed Brendan Gannon from la tene. He has such a passion for chocolate making which you can taste in his chocolates. It was a very special treat. I bought some for my special Valentine. We had to have some with breakfast....delicious!!! Carol Madsen's chocolate was also very good..from Ecuador's Kallari Rain family. Along with the enjoyment of the chocolate we spoke of social economic issues of the rainforest conservation. It was great. Thank you very much Melina for a great evening.
    •  Thanks so much, everyone, for being open to our sharing the Kallari chocolate and its story. We'd love to invite you all to experience the whole chocolate production process - bean to bar - on the Chocolate Journey in June to the rainforest & highlands of Ecuador.
